We received such great nursing care while my mom spent a week in ICU. Erica was her nurse the second part of her stay and it really seemed we were part of her family. Her care and deep concern for my mom's every need was such of big part of maintaining my mom's positive attitude. We have a small family so having Erica totally devoted to her healing was so special and unique. Several times she identified a special wrap to make mom more comfortable and it really is those little things that one notices at these difficult times in life. Erica walked us to T-4 after her ICU stay and that made mom feel like she had such support. Besides her considerable nursing skills, she is exactly the person of devotion, dedication and character one would want for an ICU environment. We are forever grateful.
