I am the Clinical Nurse Specialist for the ED but am currently functioning in the capacity of clinical faculty in the CICU. Eria has displayed excellent bedside manner to her patients, is professional, and is a team player. She is so supportive and never sits. Even though her patient was really ill (high acuity), she is aware of the needs of the patients and colleagues and makes time to give a lending hand with so much grace.
