Erica is the lead RN at the Brick CBOC. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the veterans who come to our outpatient facility are given great care in a timely manner. When we are short on staff, she not only jumps in to help, but also volunteers for the biggest assignment. For example, several people in the clinic have been out sick. She will take one of the LPN assignments to screen the veterans so they do not have a delay and wait too long in the waiting room. While doing this, she also handled the secure messages for my team, as our team RN was out.

When I thanked her for her help, Erica just smiled and said it was a good day. She is always pleasant, and we frequently hear her great laugh. The veterans love Erica.  She is kind, compassionate, and personable.
