It takes a certain person to be a nurse and a good one at that. Someone with compassion for others who shows their concern for the patient they are caring for. I have been a patient more than I would like to admit, but it's rare to have the attention and care I received from Erica. She was attentive to my needs and showed genuine concern and a caring attitude – even amid other distractions during my stay. My family and I truly appreciate her attentiveness, and wanted you to know the kind of nurse you have working for you. Too often, a patient sees an overwhelmed and unpleasant nurse, but that was not the case with Erica. If she were overworked or burned out, we would not have known it through her excellent bedside manner. This makes a stay much easier for the patient.
