Erich is one of the best nurses I have had the pleasure of working with. He takes his time to reassure his patients they are getting the best possible care. He makes them feel safe and cared for. Erich does his best to make sure the patient's dignity and privacy are preserved. Not only is he compassionate and caring but he has gone out of his way to make sure the family is taken care of as well. If we could give out MVP of the year for being a team player, then Erich would be awarded this title. His expertise doesn't stop at RN. He does whatever he can to help those in need. Whether it's RT help, EVS help, or an ear for listening. He is invaluable to this organization. Erich is a team player with a heart so big he has room for everyone.
