After being admitted and told I was going to have surgery, Erich was beyond kind and caring. He knew I had not eaten anything and would not be allowed to eat for over a day. He searched everywhere for a pop and finally found one when I thought he had forgotten. Thank you, Erich, for genuinely loving what you do and making people feel cared for.
