I was diagnosed with “masses” on my pancreas and kidney. Erich coordinated the appointment with four specialists (doctors). He focused on the 3 days it took to get me in Aurora for a GI, after he made numerous phone calls and contacts. I always felt he had my welfare at heart and was doing the best he could for me. His demeanor, professionalism, knowledge of a patient’s feelings and emotions, were his main focus. I feel he is a tremendous asset to Bellin, a wonderful nurse, but more important, he is a kind, caring person. He is worthy of this honor. Thank you. He was my angel!
