Erick was nominated by a patient who said, "Patience is a virtue and it was very evident in one particular employee, Erick. Although he was performing his duties and responsibilities at a very high level of competency, he was also training another employee at the same time without dampening her attitude or outlook in her performance of her work but rather did his best to allow her to feel comfortable and happy along the way to learning. He worked overtime each day I saw him and was genuinely interested in doing a good job till he clocked out. When asked for something he never wavered in his positive attitude to help meet the patient's needs. He was kind, considerate, and helpful each and every time I asked for assistance. If everybody could perform like him not only would this hospital be improved, but so would our society."
