Ericka was magnificent throughout the time she was our daytime nurse. She consistently showed a genuine and caring attitude toward us and we felt like we were in good hands 100% under her watch. She kept B comfortable and monitored her pain level very carefully which was huge to us because we believe in staying in front of the pain curve.
She helped B with bedding, eating, and bathroom concerns and never complained, rather, she was a positive person who lifted our spirits while in the hospital. Always cheery. Always prompt. Always positive. Always helpful. Always caring. Always smiling. Always authentic.
