Ericka was a re-incarnation of Florence Nightingale. She should be the poster child for “nurse Professionalism”. There was never an un-answered question that I put to her. She showed a genuine interest in my recovery, she explained everything in detail to me, what she was doing and what to expect. She was always there for me and that’s all I wanted.
