Ericka takes wonderful care of her patients. She is always helpful and a great resource. She was extraordinary on a Sunday when she gave her patient a “spa day.” She put her patient’s hair in curlers and helped her feel great. This patient has had a rough road after surgery and has been in SICU for one month. Her simple act of kindness really helped boost her patient’s morale and spirit.
