Erik was very, very nice. He tried to explain everything in a way that was understandable and he listened to me about everything. He was very respectful. I was very worried and he was gentle and caring with everything he did. Erik calmed my fears and made it possible for me to accept the doctor's recommendations, numerous diagnostic treatments, and surgery. Our family is grateful for his gentle and caring attitude.
