It had been a really long day for me, I hadn't slept or eaten and all of the sudden my dad's condition started deteriotating, his temperature went up, had difficulty breathing and was coughing a lot. There was a moment when I couldn't handle it and I started crying non-stop. It was then that Erik accompanied me to the waiting room, sat and listened to me while I was getting everything out of my system, he supported me during this difficult time, and even though his shift was over, he stayed with me and helped me feel a lot better. I'm very thankful with him for the support given to me and my family.
