Erika is a wonderful nurse. She is intelligent, professional, great bedside manner, knowledgeable and shows great passion for her patient's well-being. She made a stay that was very long, quite palatable! We enjoyed her care and her wonderful demeanor. Thank you, Erika

My father was Erika's patient. She was exceptionally attentive to him all day. On her final rounds she noticed that his blood pressure was dropping dangerously low and she had orders to start medications that would further complicate the situation. She contacted the appropriate people and did not start the meds. What was most impressive is that she stayed with my dad until 4:00 PM, even after providing the next nurse with a very thorough shift turn-over report. She could have gone but chose to stay.
