My dad came in with A-fib after getting his appendix taken out. As one can imagine, coming in for a cut and dry surgery but then having your heart condition exacerbated/triggered was quite scary and stressful. I (daughter) always have questions, worries, etc…and Erika answered them all. We never felt rushed or like she’d rather be elsewhere. I cannot express enough how her kindness and support made us feel at ease so we could fully be there for my dad, she knew my dad’s condition well and was just an overall joy. She deserves all the awards and more. Hire more like her! Thanks, Erika!
