Erika Cepeda, RN

Erika cares! She has the ability to immediately make one feel like she is your friend. Every time she deals with you, you can tell she listens and gives you answers that make sense. Once I received a bogus phone call while she was in the room and she had me hang up. She then taught me things about my phone that I did not know about. And she warned me about those types of phone calls and what I should do when I get those calls. Erika has the insight to deal with people who need help. She is an excellent addition to your nursing staff.
