Erika has shown outstanding professionalism. She always went above and beyond for my family and helped us through one of the hardest times we have had to face. Erika clearly loves what she does and is a perfect example of what a nurse should be.

We had to make the difficult decision of allowing our mother to stop treatment and go to hospice. Erika stood by our side and helped us cope… She was a godsend when helping us understand what the doctor was trying to say. She was patient and understanding of the high emotions of everyone and made sure we were all doing ok during this time.
