Erika is VERY kind, loving and funny! Not only to me but also to the patients. When she has time, she's always checking to see how I'm doing or if she can help in anyway. It truly means a lot, especially coming from a nurse who is extremely busy herself.

Erika was great with my father. she was patient and calm, distracting him with personal conversation when he got anxious or worried. She was a take charge person and made sure everyone, including doctors were diligent in his care. She had great dexterity when working with his IVs and tubes, making things less painful for him. She genuinely cared and was concerned for him. She took the time to answer all questions our family had. All this was amazing considering all the stress nurses are dealing with these days.
