I was a patient in the CV ICU from late evening on May 22nd until the evening of May 24th. By the third day in bed I was very weak, no appetite and nauseated. I looked terrible, but Erika took charge of the situation! She told me she was going to help me feel better. She set goals with me for the day, starting with getting me to move. She began by getting me to slowly move around and by removing some of my lines. She even offered to wash my hair! By the end of the day I was feeling better and was able to be moved out of the ICU!
