I can say all of my son’s nurses were amazing and we were thankful for having such an amazing team taking care of my little warrior. But the nurse who went the extra mile is Erika. My little son was crying and crying, and we couldn’t soothe him, when suddenly Erika came in the room, him not being her patient, and started helping our current nurse soothe my baby. She brought him a music box, a new pacifier, and rubbed his head until finally calmed down. That to me is going the extra mile without having to assist. She made the situation extremely soothing that when finally became my son’s nurse we moved to CV Acute. Erika was extremely helpful and sweet. She made my son super comfortable. Erika was helpful and also fell in love with my baby. When being transferred to CV Acute, she also ensured my son was all set before leaving him in his new room and also ensured I was all set and accommodated with lining. Being a Kaiser member, this hospital has been extremely helpful and loving. Thank you, Erika and Team. Our stay here was amazing!
