Erika was my primary nurse, and being treated by her was a joy. She was having a hectic shift, yet she still managed to take the time to make me feel comfortable. Her bedside manner is second to none, and she is quietly confident in everything she does. This adds to the environment and also assures me that she is capable of whatever happens. She has somehow managed to remain upbeat, positive, and friendly in an environment where these attributes can be easily lost. She managed to make a difficult day better, and that's more than anyone can ask for.

Erika is a perfect example of why people become nurses; she took the time to care for us, explain things to us, and help us in any way possible, always with a willing heart and a smile. She never once showed any stress or struggle, even though we knew exactly how busy she was. She never rushed us! We can never thank her enough for all she did! She is a great asset to the BSA team, and 4C is blessed to have her.
