From the moment nurse Erika was assigned as my grandfather's nurse, she immediately demonstrated her compassion and dedication in providing care and comfort to my grandfather while he was in hospice. She addressed my family and my grandfather's needs in a way she would have addressed them with her own family. Her compassion and sensitivity are greatly appreciated even as my grandfather's life came to its final stages. Erika continued to deliver and demonstrate her care and affection. I literally felt like she was part of my family. She connected with us, which is really important when a loved one is about to be lost.

We lost our grandfather this morning and her words of comfort will forever stay with me. Thank you nurse Erika. Every patient you serve and care for is a blessed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
