Erika was amazing. It's hard to put into words what she did for my family. She was so knowledgeable and she took the time to really listen to everyone. She always kept everyone's best interest in mind, especially my mom's. She made the most difficult time in our lives bearable and even made my mom smile with her humor. We only had my mom on service for a short time, but every visit was so important and Erika took the time to help us all. She put my Dad's mind at ease which was so important to all of us kids. She truly became a part of our family and I am in awe of her amazing abilities. I have worked as a caregiver for over 25 years and I have worked with many nurses over that time. Erika was by far the most amazing. Hospice is so lucky to have her!
