I'm a new Heart Hospital patient, having spent Christmas weekend dealing with a heartbreaking diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure. Erin has gone way out of her way and way above expectations. Between getting started with follow-up appointments and multiple tests, Erin has been awesome in answering questions and getting back to us in a prompt manner. She has helped with communication between my 2 heart Doctors. I was prescribed an expensive medication. She went out of her way to get my PCP involved to get Pharmacology Rep Samples til we could get it by mail order from Canada. It has been an emotional rollercoaster.

New meds caused abnormal lab results. Erin helped communicate new dosages and change up with meds. She arranged Echo. She arranged follow-up Labs. She set up an appointment with the APN to discuss our questions regarding surgical options and devices. Erin has been there all the way through my recent journey with a tough diagnosis. She is really the only one I could rely on to help and get things rolling and in place. I finally had the pleasure of meeting her in person and was able to tell her in person how much her caring spirit and compassion meant through this process. Erin is amazing.
