My wife had an abdominal fistula, they put an ostomy bag on her. This nurse came in to change the bag and was so very attentive and professional. I had expressed my concern about doing this when my wife gets to go home. The nurse took charge and ensured us she is going to take care of us so I know how to change this out. She completely put my wife and me at ease. She is very professional and personable. You have a great asset to your team of professionals with her.
