Erin was nominated by a 23-year-old patient she cared for during her rehabilitation stay after spine surgery. The patient did not expect as long a recovery as she experienced so she was anxious about her recovery. The patient complimented Erin on her support and guidance as she recovered from surgery. Erin went above and beyond to ensure the patient was comfortable and educated on her care. She made the patient feel recognized, supported, and looked over. She told her mother that Erin was like her “hospital mom”. Great job Erin!
