My husband was admitted and was in MICU's care for 3 days. Erin went above and beyond in her caring of him and the true compassion she showed our family. Our son is an ER Trauma Nurse at another hospital, and he knows a special nurse when he sees one. Erin took the time to speak with him, nurse to nurse, and made him feel involved in my husband's care. She spoke to him on his cell when I requested and spent time talking with him face to face. She made us feel we were the only patients she had. Her warmth and dedication made a very hard situation a little more bearable. I just need you to know what a special person she is and was to us. My husband, unfortunately, passed away at home. I will never forget Erin's kindness and care.
