From the moment my son entered the NICU at just 25 weeks gestation, Erin became so much more than his nurse. She became one of the most important people in our family's journey.

Over the months, Erin consistently went above and beyond in every way imaginable. She was a fierce advocate for our son, always ensuring he received the best care possible and making sure our concerns and questions were heard. She celebrated every milestone with us, no matter how small, and stood beside us through some of the hardest days of our lives.

What makes Erin truly extraordinary is the compassion she showed not only to our son, but to me as his mother. During a time when I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and struggling emotionally, Erin saw me. She checked on me, encouraged me, and reminded me that I was doing a good job when I doubted myself the most. Her kindness, support, and genuine care helped carry me through one of the darkest periods of my life and played a significant role in helping me overcome postpartum depression.

Erin treated our son as if he were her own. She never made us feel like just another patient or family. Her dedication, empathy, and unwavering commitment made a lasting impact that we will never forget. Because of Erin, our NICU experience was filled with more hope, comfort, and strength than we ever thought possible.
