Erin is always very friendly, professional, and kind on any normal shift. During a code BART today, she showed professionalism and excellence when she took over the code and instantly made it more informative and structured. To provide safety to the patient, she in a very kind manner, requested all participants in the room to assist even without knowing any of their names. She hurriedly gave the best care to the patient with a quick bed change for transport so we could asses the patient better in CT. When the float RN was called away, we worked together to complete the CT, and then transport the patient back to his room. Without asking, she assisted in helping set the patient up for the receiving RN needs while I was looking for supplies. Erin is all around an awesome caregiver and leader.
