SJH hosted a reunion with NICU caregivers and doctor as part of a 15th birthday celebration. In 2001, a mom gave birth to multiple babies each weighing about 2 lbs each. The kids, now in 8th grade, are doing great. Erin was part of their care team and the family remember her well. Erin showed the family our new NICU and introduced them to patients the same size they were at birth. They loved the preemie diapers she gave them. This experience made a huge impression on the kids. Erin made the family comfortable and helped them connect with their experience.
