Erin was kind, sweet, helpful, compassionate, and truly caring. She went out of her way to make sure the care I received was special! She advocated for me when I needed help with my care and medication. She went out of her way to genuinely care about me as a person. She listened and heard my concerns. She listened to my family's concerns. She was very professional and courteous towards them. She was a great communicator and is the epitome of what an exceptional nurse should be!
