Erin puts the patients' needs first. Erin consistently goes above and beyond for every patient that she encounters. Erin has a special gift and is especially compassionate with pediatric patients. Her special talent also makes the parents feel comfortable no matter how sick their child may be.

A patient’s father recently complimented her on her great communication and calming demeanor. Her kindness and explanations during the child’s time of distress are especially noted. Erin is recognized on the patient experience survey as being fantastic, outstanding, phenomenal, caring, attentive, supportive, and a great listener.

Another recent patient stated, “She was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. There was no hesitation when answering my questions and she showed genuine concern. She was very friendly. All around an amazing person and great at what she does! I wish I could give her a score higher than a 5.”
