Erin Fritz, RN II

My husband was a newly diagnosed stage four cancer patient in Erin’s care. This was his third unit, and he had the privilege of being Erin's patient. He was scared and confused, with many questions. She was always patient and went above and beyond for him.

She was the only nurse to get me supplies to bathe my husband and wash his hair after four days. She is the model nurse, and everyone should follow her practices. Erin can identify patients’ needs before they even ask for pain meds or specific care. She is truly amazing and empathetic.

She took time to discuss hospice care and even asked if there was anything our family members needed. Patients’ needs are usually basic things like food, TV, and a cup of ice, which are not a priority to a nurse, but if you are able to anticipate those little things for the patients, you will save yourself a lot of time. Erin anticipated those needs. 

Erin is the best nurse I have seen in a very long time. Beware, I might hire her myself to care for my husband’s hospice care!
