Erin Froelich, RN

My boyfriend was placed in CVICU after open-heart surgery. We met Erin during the shift change that morning. She came right into his room and began making sure everything was explained to us. She had such a calm, caring voice. Her demeanor alone made me feel at ease.

I felt very comfortable stepping out for coffee or a snack and did not think twice about the fact that he was in the best hands. Erin presents herself as a very educated, compassionate nurse. She was also a great patient advocate. Erin truly took a load of pressure off the family when I told them how great she was. I am actually an Emergency Department nurse, and I learned a lot from Erin.

She is definitely the true example of what it means to be an amazing nurse.
