We are very grateful to have had Erin as our Wound Vac Specialist. Our mother was having trouble with her wound vac that was not working properly. Erin took the time to come back to the hospital when she was off work and home with her family to take care of our mother. She assured us that she would stay with our mother until it was working 100%. She also explained every step to us kids and made us feel comfortable with the treatment she was getting. Thank you very much to Erin; we greatly appreciated all her help.
