My husband R was in the hospital for 3 days. It was a very unsettling time due not only to the medical problem but also the fact that I could not see him or the people who were caring for him: nurses, doctors, other staff.
Nurse Erin spoke with me on the phone multiple times, was never rushed or "put out", and answered all my questions. She made me feel that she was part of our family, the part that could be at the hospital with R. That meant the world to me!
