Erin L Anderson, RN

Erin puts 100% into everything she does and is doing amazing things in her Case Management/Social Services Designee role. Erin truly cares for our patients, staff, and physicians at GHS. She is always willing to assist with difficult discharges and never hesitates to engage in difficult discussions. Recently, Erin went above and beyond for three very difficult discharges to ensure the patients had safe discharge plans. With these situations, she strongly advocated with outside facilities for many days to make things happen. In one of these three situations, the patient’s mom hugged Erin with happy tears in her eyes as Erin successfully arranged their desired discharge plan. Erin’s dedication to her role, along with her positive energy and helpfulness are exemplary.
