Erin is an amazing nurse, she always goes above and beyond for her patients. One night, Erin had an elderly patient that was discharged at 11pm. The patient was nervous about taking a cab home and did not have family to come get her. Erin was ending her shift at 11pm as well; so, Erin took it upon herself to transport the patient home, assist her into her home and drop off her prescriptions at the pharmacy. The next day, Erin called the Pharmacy and set-up delivery of the patients medications to ensure that the patient did not have to leave her home.
