Erin was beyond outstanding and instrumental in my dad’s care during his admission. She cared for him as a patient for all of his days here and was kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond for him.

This is my dad’s second admission since his lung transplant, and he was very down about being hospitalized again. Erin called me, looking for any way to cheer him up. When I mentioned I think a big piece of what he needed was just a few hours of rest, she placed a sign on the outside of his door so anyone entering would see her before bothering him. Later that day, she ordered him a pizza to try to lift his spirits. The next day, she didn’t stop her gestures and brought him a coffee (he LOVES his coffee).

My dad went from being in tears one morning to his spirits being incredibly lifted within hours. Erin is the kind of nurse you want taking care of your family member. Her upbeat personality helped us all during his stay. Her ability to joke with my dad kept him going.
