Erin was a great resource over the weekend recently. There was a patient who was at risk to harm himself when angry.
Erin literally sat on the floor with the patient while holding him in her lap, so he would hit his head on her rather than the hard, cold floor. She then sought out a helmet for the patient. She stayed with the patient until he was calm and safe in bed.
