erin odell, RN

Erin is a compassionate RN who takes the time to orient and precept many of our new RNs (experienced and new grads). She is always patient, kind, and has great communication with her preceptees. Erin has a way to give constructive criticism, especially in challenging times, while still fostering confidence and trust with new-hire RNs. She deserves to be recognized for her work in a job that is often not desired by most RNs to do. She is growing safe, responsible, competent RNs for our unit and HMC.
