Erin O'Kane, MSN, RN, CEN

Erin is the Clinical Educator in the Emergency Department (ED). Erin has single-handedly coordinated multiple ED efforts that have set the staff up for success. Erin has coordinated multiple education bundles, created resources that are readily available in the unit for the staff, is responsive to staff requests at all hours, and has facilitated numerous onboarding and orientation processes. Erin is professional, compassionate, and understanding. Erin has created hands-on learning stations for the newly hired nursing staff to ensure that they have an excellent grasp and understanding of the concepts being taught.
