Erin Ortega, RN

Erin was the kindest RN I’ve ever had in the ER. With the busyness of the ER it’s easy to see that the nurses have a lot on their plates. Even though I didn’t have the highest acuity, I felt like she took the time so that I didn’t feel neglected or feel she was rushing to do tasks. She took time to explain everything to me and my husband and kept us updated. Very sweet. We would never have thought she just got back from maternity leave and was getting her feet back under her. She made me feel very safe and cared for.

It was her first day back from Maternity leave! She was super patient and kind to our mom! She was very knowledgeable and thorough with information and kept us up to date on all procedures! This ER is very lucky to have her back!
