My husband was anxious, sleep?deprived, and tough to engage. He tried to hide his anxiety and discomfort with silence making him an even more challenging patient. Erin exuded warmth, competence, and professionalism. She seemed to immediately sense his anxiety, and quickly, quietly, and confidently put him at ease. She is positive, kind, and empathetic; completely focused on us, and included me in the process without taking attention from my husband - a tricky balance. Her technical skills were outstanding, and her presence was healing. Erin is wonderful; we're so glad she was our RN!
