Every interaction with Erin exemplifies the criteria of this award. She is always smiling, kind and caring of patients and staff and an all around phenomenally pleasant coworker. I have seen her handle high stress critical situations with skill and a calm demeanor, never forgetting the patient. I have heard multiple patients praise her and hope they have her, request to have her when she returns on shift. Patients love her, respect her and appreciate her as a nurse, as does every staff member in MIC. She has been a great person to come to with questions or problems-always honest, pleasant and respectful.I cannot think of anyone more fitting the qualifications of this award. The staff has all positive things to say about her and her patients all have positive feedback about their care. Her patients are safe and happy. Erin is the easy choice for my nomination.
