Erin is the most OUTSTANDING nurse we have encountered in M's many hospital stays. She has a positive and very pleasant manner. She was always present in the moment and made us feel like we were important and that she truly wanted to make our stay the best it could be. Any need M had, she did everything she could to exceed our expectations. She never seemed rushed or needed to hurry away. She was always attentive to her patient and was there for everything he needed. There really aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate Erin and the impact she's made on our lives!
