Erin Roerecke is always going out of his way to help the nursing staff and is friendly, patient and helpful with patients and their families.
Erin is the perfect example of going above and beyond for the patients. He is always there for any need that arises and has a smile and positive attitude, which is contagious. He is super smart and willing to help teach and educate whenever needed.
There was a patient that came to our hospital wearing trash bags on their feet for shoes. The patient had been going through a hard time. Erin graciously gave the shoes off his feet to this patient. Not many people have that kind of compassion and grace. He not only touched the heart of the patient, but all the staff working on that shift. What an example.
