August 2026 Honoree
Erin Sigmon, RN
My mom is 102, and she has been a little disoriented, and I had concerns about her having a UTI. I took her to Lemmond Farm Urgent Care yesterday, and Erin Sigmon did the intake. She was helpful getting my mom on the scale during the intake. Very patient as Mom drank water so that she could give us the sample we needed for the urine test, and she even assisted us in the bathroom by setting up the necessary items Mom needed.
Erin offered to stay and help with the process. Mom also had to have her blood sugar checked, and I had to step out of the room for a few minutes, and Erin was able to take care of that. Erin was extremely patient, kind, and complimentary to Mom. As we were leaving, Mom said they were all so nice. I am proud to work with such a great team.

Thank you, Erin, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
