Erin gave 125% instead of 100%. My 14-year-old daughter had a spine surgery and she was our first nurse on the floor. Erin showed my daughter compassion and explained everything that was going to be done to her and made her feel comfortable. My daughter was very scared and nervous. Erin made her stay special by visiting, holding her hand and talking with her. She asked us several times if she could get us anything or do anything for us to help us out. Her personality is awesome!
