Erin is an amazing nurse. She is integral to our care team and compassionate to our patients. She is always there to lend a hand; flexible in staffing, knowledgeable on policies, and always willing to lighten the load for the staff. She is cheerful, kind and understanding during her interactions with staff and patients. She expedites processes for patient care because she is so well-liked by so many. That is, she links the right people and has the right demeanor to deliver messages to get the job done. Her sense of humor lightens the load of all of the staff and patients during a difficult time. She is circumspect in making sure that the patients get what they need, during the course of our service for them. She tailors her words and actions in an amazing way.
